Hi! I’m Mary. I started my pilates journey in my twenties, but careers in business and teaching took priority while I was raising children. After leaving the teaching profession, I decided to focus on myself and found Pilates again. I’m certified to teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates. You can find me at various studios in CT, or I can come to you! Whether you want to try a first mat class or want to strengthen a reformer practice, I will customize a program for you! If you want to try Pilates with friends, book a Pilates Party! A great way to have fun, get fit, and not have to leave your home!
